Returns & Exchanges

Oscar de la Renta accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer box and shipping container, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid UPS shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your original form of payment.
